FSDG Graz (LOWG)Bug,black smudge

Hello,I have reinstalled Graz mutliple times including FSX:SE and there is a black smudge in the airport...

Specs Intel I5-4670(K)
MSI GTX 1050 4GB Gaming edition
Windows 10 64BiT
RAM 4GB
Seagate 1TB HDD

Any suggestions, what can this be?
