No Flight plans

Post by Bookman »

Good Morning all,
I have not got this programme to work at all. First I have been told by support to install after shutting windows defender so I am not sure as to the size of the programme after install, it was so quick I am not sure it is complete. I have a folder FSDG in my documents Folder and another folder inside the called FSDG_Flight_Suite.

I have made a flight plan in littlenavmap and saved as X Plane fms and it shows that the file was exported to FSDG_Flight_Suite_Pro Payware, which I cannot find. So, any help would be most appreciated. Sorry for long winded message.

You cannot directly import a flightplan or save "into" the Flight Suite using anther program. But X-Plane formatted flightpans are compatible with the Moving Map, so just click on Import Flightplan and navigate to the file you saved before.

Thanks for that but I do not have an option to import flight plan. Nor when I look in the flight plan folder there is no symbolic link to any flight plan.

I think there's a misunderstanding here. Did you mean you tried to export a flightplan from LittleNavMap to X-Plane? If so, just export it and load it in X-Plane. You don't need the Suite for that.

What I meant was that if you want to see your current flightplan in the FSDG Moving Map, you can import it there.

Thanks for your reply.
I make the flight plan in little nav map, export as an x plane format but when I open FSDG there is no option to import a flight plan or to see the route on the map. Anyway, thanks for your help but I have uninstalled the programme and I will just use nav map. Still looks a good little programme.
Thanks again, Regards
Danny

In the Moving Map you can import the flightplan in the Aircraft menu.
